Admission Policy

The school offers three levels of education as recognized by the Department of Education. Generally, students--applicants may be admitted if all the records are furnished and qualified on the admission procedures.  In applying for admission, Filipino students shall consider the following:

Preschool

Applicant must be 3 to 5 years old; must follow the admission procedure and present the following such as Birth Certificate, 2 pcs. 1x1 photo in white background and duly accomplished Registration form. For transferees; shall present certificate of transfer, form 138E (Report Card), Birth Certificate, duly accomplished Registration form 2 pcs. 1x1 photo also in white background.
   
Elementary

First grader must be of 6 years old on or after the 1st day of June on the academic year they are applying for. Non graduate of J.F. Kuzma School Preschool must take the entrance examination, the initial and final interview. Applicant must present Birth Certificate (new applicant), 2 pcs. 1x1 photo in white background and duly accomplished Registration form. For Transferees; Honorable Dismissal, Form 137 (Student Permanent Record), Form 138 (Report Card) and 2 pcs. 1x1 pictures in white background shall be furnished.

High School

The school deserves the right to require drug testing to the applicant for the purpose of admission. High school applicant must be of physically fit and mentally/emotionally stable for him to be admitted. Applicant shall take the entrance examination for assessing his/her future academic performance. Interview follows after the examination with orientation regarding the basic and standard school rules and regulations. Applicant must submit the following requirements: Form 137E (6th Grade Report Card for freshmen), Honorable Dismissal/Good Moral Certificate, Duly accomplished Registration Form and 2 pcs. 1x1 pictures in white background. For Transferees; Previous/Recent Form 137A (Report Card), Honorable Dismissal/Good Moral Certificate, Duly accomplished Registration Form and 2 pcs. 1x1 pictures

For Foreign Students;

The school is authorized to accept non-immigrant students pursuant to Section 9(f) of the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, as amended, in relation to Rule 8, Subdivision A, paragraph 48 & 49 of Administrative Order No. 01. Foreign students shall complete the following requirements:
•    Photocopy of Special Study Permit (SSP) from the Bureau of Immigration;
•    School Records with English Translation
•    Birth Certificate
•    2 pcs. 1x1 photos in white background

Foreign students are required to have minimum units of 1.2 for FILIPINO and 1.2 for SOCIAL STUDIES for their Graduation Application. Students may or may not be enrolled to a citizenship course, Citizens Advancement Training (CAT).
   
Student Transfer Policy

Student who is applying for transfer is accepted if and if only: he has the complete records from the previous school he attended (mentioned above); he has Official Dropping Form signed by the principal of the school where he attended; Certificate of Transfer stating the reasons of transferring approved by the Principal of the school he attended; and, Honorable Dismissal. The school doesn't accept graduating students after the December of the current school year.
